- • Support end-to-end recruiting efforts to meet ProMedica’s systemwide workforce needs across multiple locations and departments.
- • Review and screen job applications to identify qualified candidates aligned with role requirements and organizational standards.
- • Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess fit, experience, and interest in open positions.
- • Ensure consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- • Create and manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- • Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, confirming dates, times, and formats (virtual or in-person).
- • Perform thorough reference checks on finalist candidates to verify employment history, skills, and professional conduct.
- • Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring progress in the HR system.
- • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role-specific needs and provide recruitment insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and organizational employment regulations and equal opportunity guidelines.
- • Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to Talent Acquisition leadership on pipeline status, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- • Assist in onboarding preparation by coordinating documentation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements for selected candidates.
- • Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the unique needs of clinical and non-clinical roles within a large healthcare system.
- • Maintain awareness of labor market trends and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment tactics and improve candidate attraction.
- • Uphold ProMedica’s mission of improving health and well-being by ensuring the recruitment of compassionate, qualified professionals.
- • Participate in talent acquisition team meetings and initiatives to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s degree or combination of education and comparable work experience with minimum 2 years in a high-volume talent acquisition role
- • 2+ years of professional experience in a Human Resources role
- • Experience creating job requisitions, posting jobs, conducting reference checks, and coordinating interviews
