- • Own the Arizona territory as the face and voice of Honeycomb to independent commercial-property agencies, building a high-performing partner network that writes profitable business and evangelizes our brand across the Southwest.
- • Prospect, qualify and prioritize hundreds of independent agencies, using data-driven scoring to identify partners whose book composition, loss ratios and growth trajectories align with Honeycomb’s appetite—then shepherd them from first conversation to signed contract in under 30 days.
- • Run a disciplined, metrics-oriented pipeline: set weekly outreach targets, track conversion rates, forecast premium volume and report progress in Salesforce; iterate messaging and collateral until you consistently exceed quarterly production goals.
- • Lead immersive onboarding bootcamps (virtual and in-person) that teach agency principals and producers how to quote, bind and service policies on the Honeycomb platform; create custom playbooks, cheat-sheets and renewal scripts that shorten the “time-to-first-deal” to under 14 days.
- • Conduct quarterly business reviews with top-tier partners, diving into loss-ratio trends, submission quality and cross-sell opportunities; co-design growth plans that double their annual premium with Honeycomb while improving combined ratios by 5-10 points.
- • Act as the voice of the customer inside Honeycomb: surface product gaps, pricing anomalies and UX friction to Engineering, Underwriting and Product so the platform evolves faster than competitors’.
- • Troubleshoot real-time issues—missing dec pages, rating discrepancies, endorsement delays—via Slack, phone and Zendesk; own the ticket to resolution and turn every fire-drill into a loyalty-building moment.
- • Collaborate with Marketing to launch territory-specific campaigns—CE classes, lunch-and-learns, LinkedIn webinars—that generate inbound leads and position you as the go-to CRE insurance expert in Arizona.
- • Mentor junior remote teammates by sharing call recordings, objection-handling tactics and territory-planning templates; contribute to a culture where knowledge moves faster than people.
- • Travel 25-35 % across Arizona and adjacent West-Coast states to attend industry events, inspect large habitational or retail risks with underwriters, and host “Honeycomb Happy Hours” that deepen partner relationships beyond the screen.
- • Champion Honeycomb’s mission to make commercial real estate insurance transparent, affordable and instantaneous; celebrate every policy bound as a small victory in the larger war against legacy inefficiency.
