- • The Associate Renewals Specialist - SMB role is critical to ensuring small and medium-sized cryptocurrency businesses and financial institutions recognize the value of Chainalysis solutions, enjoy a seamless digital experience, and renew their contracts, directly contributing to customer retention and expansion in a high-growth self-service segment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer support escalations, preparing and executing contract renewals, training to become a product expert, partnering with revenue operations to implement automation and AI tools, and driving product adoption by understanding customer satisfaction and guiding clients through successful renewal journeys.
- • The role sits within a dynamic, mission-driven team focused on operational excellence and innovation in customer success, working to scale processes in a fast-moving, experimental environment where velocity and impact are prioritized over rigid procedures.
- • In this position, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS renewals, gain hands-on experience with AI-driven process automation, build consultative communication skills, and learn to leverage data to prioritize and manage customer accounts at scale—positioning you for growth in customer success, account management, or revenue operations.
