📋 Description
- • The Associate, Rewards Operations role is critical to ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of rewards and incentives to MoneyHero’s customers, directly supporting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-growing fintech platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end reward fulfillment, coordinating with procurement and vendors, tracking inventory levels, resolving customer inquiries and escalations with the Customer Service team, maintaining fulfillment data, generating operational reports, and identifying process improvements.
- • MoneyHero Group Limited is a NASDAQ-listed (MNY) tech- and AI-powered personal finance aggregation and comparison platform operating across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines, serving over 5.1 million monthly unique users and partnering with 300+ commercial entities.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in rewards operations, inventory management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven process optimization within a dynamic, remote-first fintech environment, with opportunities for career advancement and internal mobility.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business administration, operations, or a related field
- • Fluency in written and spoken Hong Kong Cantonese and strong English communication skills
- • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills for data handling
- • Experience using fulfillment and inventory management software
- • Strong organizational and project management abilities
- • Proven ability to work independently and remotely with self-discipline and time management
