- • As a Partner Success Manager at WEX Inc., you will drive mutual success by growing and scaling the partner ecosystem, expanding adoption, increasing revenue, and delivering value to customers through strategic relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day to day, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor, lead business reviews, plan and execute go-to-market strategies including partner kickoffs and enablement, collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams, track partner performance against metrics, and support contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
- • WEX is building a partner ecosystem that fuels innovation and growth, working with cutting-edge solutions across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure partners are set up for success in a highly visible, high-impact role.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in partner-led revenue growth, strategic account management, cross-functional Go-To-Market execution, and influencing product and market strategies through partner feedback, while building executive-level relationships and driving measurable business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in partner management, account management, consultative sales, or a related field
- • Proven ability to drive growth through partnerships or indirect sales channels
- • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- • Solid business and financial acumen
- • Willingness to travel (~25–30%) for partner and field engagement
- • Ability to lead contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements
- • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or Field Service Management (FSM), preferred
- • Background working with dealer networks, contractors, or channel sales models, preferred
- • Experience with product integrations or platform partnerships, preferred
