- • Lead the local site team in designing and implementing industrial water treatment programs for customers in North Carolina.
- • Conduct routine service visits and testing to ensure the safe and effective operation of water treatment programs, generating and distributing detailed reports after each visit.
- • Identify, assess, and resolve technical issues at customer facilities, communicating concerns to customers and developing corrective action plans while keeping the sales account manager informed.
- • Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing customers and support sales efforts for new prospect accounts by providing technical insights and program recommendations.
- • Train customer personnel on the proper monitoring, application, and handling of water treatment chemistries used at their facilities.
- • Analyze operational data using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure compliance with performance benchmarks.
- • Report safety metrics and compliance data directly to customers to maintain transparency and reinforce safety standards.
- • Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and treatment program outcomes to support continuous improvement and accountability.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical support, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of water treatment solutions.
- • Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory requirements during field operations and customer engagements.
- • Utilize company-provided monitoring and control systems to optimize treatment outcomes and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- • Travel to customer sites within the designated service region to perform on-site evaluations, troubleshooting, and training sessions.
- • Maintain a professional presence and strong customer relationships to reinforce Solenis’s reputation for quality and reliability in industrial water treatment.
- • Support regional sales objectives by aligning technical service activities with business growth targets and customer retention goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant industrial experience
- • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- • 5 years of experience working in a Pulp & Paper or Water facility
- • Must be within a commutable distance to Riegelwood, NC
