• • As an Associate Systems Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and critical to the smooth functioning of our enterprise systems. You will be the first line of defense, providing real-time support for any issues that arise within Salesforce and other integrated platforms. This involves diligently troubleshooting, escalating when necessary, and ensuring prompt resolution of all issues reported through the Enterprise Systems Service Desk, maintaining high levels of user satisfaction. A core part of your role will be the administration and ongoing support of Salesforce.com itself. This encompasses a wide range of tasks, including meticulous user management, efficient data import and update processes, thorough bug investigations to identify root causes, and the implementation of enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for managing end-user profile configurations, ensuring that permissions are correctly set to maintain data security and integrity. Furthermore, you will create and manage essential reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into system usage and performance, empowering teams with actionable data. A key responsibility will be overseeing the onboarding process for new users and applications within our Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack, ensuring a seamless integration into our existing infrastructure. You will be tasked with analyzing and prioritizing enhancement requests from various stakeholders, implementing appropriate changes directly, or escalating them to the change advisory board for review when necessary, ensuring that system improvements align with business objectives. Your ability to manage a demanding workload and multiple projects, often on a time-sensitive basis, while maintaining exceptional accuracy and a keen attention to detail, will be paramount to your success. You will also be responsible for creating and updating comprehensive documentation for different audiences within the team, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices are maintained. Finally, you will implement minor, yet impactful, administrative-level changes within Salesforce and its sandboxes, translating gathered requirements into functional system adjustments.
