- • As an Associate Security Advisor for Falcon Complete, you will play a critical role in safeguarding customer environments by ensuring alignment with CrowdStrike’s security standards and driving proactive improvements to prevent breaches.
- • Day to day, you will assess customer Falcon environments, provide security recommendations, create remediation plans, document and resolve issues per SLA, generate service reports, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and troubleshoot technical concerns.
- • You will join a mission-driven cybersecurity leader dedicated to stopping breaches through innovation, where employees are empowered with autonomy and flexibility to grow while protecting organizations across all industries.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in threat detection, incident response, and enterprise security operations while developing customer advisory skills and gaining exposure to advanced frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO 27001.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role
- • Excellent customer-facing communication skills, both verbal and written
- • Adept in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
- • Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response
- • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or relevant equivalent experience
- • Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2, or equivalent
