- • The Associate Social Media Manager at MeridianLink plays a pivotal role in amplifying the company’s brand voice and driving engagement across key digital platforms, directly supporting both marketing campaigns and talent acquisition goals by aligning social content with business objectives and employee value proposition.
- • This role is essential for maintaining consistent, high-quality social presence that builds awareness, nurtures leads, and strengthens employer branding in a competitive B2B SaaS landscape.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and publishing platform-specific content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to support brand awareness and active marketing campaigns, ensuring all posts include clear CTAs and are tracked for funnel impact.
- • The role involves creating and optimizing recruitment-focused content on LinkedIn and Glassdoor, leveraging employee value proposition messaging to attract top talent and support hiring initiatives across departments.
- • Daily monitoring of all social channels for comments, messages, and sentiment is required, with timely responses to positive engagement and escalation protocols for negative or sensitive interactions to protect brand reputation.
- • The Associate Social Media Manager oversees social account governance, including managing access controls, maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts via tools like Buffer or Hootsuite, and ensuring proper archiving for compliance and audit readiness.
- • A key function is building and nurturing a social media advocates program — identifying, training, and supporting employee ambassadors to amplify reach through authentic employee-generated content, with regular workshops and feedback loops.
- • Collaboration with the Communications & Branding team ensures alignment with brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity, while partnering with marketing, sales, and HR to integrate social efforts into broader campaigns.
- • The role includes analyzing performance metrics using native platform insights and reporting tools to assess engagement, reach, and conversion, using data to refine content strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- • The person in this role will gain hands-on experience in B2B social media strategy, talent marketing, and social selling, developing expertise in platform algorithms, content optimization, and cross-functional campaign execution.
- • Over time, they will build a portfolio of measurable social initiatives that contribute to pipeline growth and employer brand strength, positioning them for advancement into senior social media, digital marketing, or communications leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- • 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles
- • Proficiency with video editing and creative design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or Premiere Rush
- • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with ability to adapt tone for brand and audience
- • Experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn and Glassdoor for talent acquisition and employer branding
- • Familiarity with social media scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native platform insights)
