- • As an Associate Solution Architect at Dataminr, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to key customers, helping them maximize value from the company’s AI-powered threat intelligence platform by mapping their processes to product capabilities and resolving complex integration challenges.
- • Day to day, you will engage with customers via the Success Portal to diagnose issues, provide use-case-specific training, interface with Product Managers on customer feedback, eliminate internal and customer bottlenecks, and support the adoption of advanced AI capabilities like ReGenAI and Agentic AI.
- • You will join Dataminr’s elite Solution Architecture team within the customer support organization, a mission-driven company that leverages multimodal AI to detect real-time events across text, image, video, audio, and sensor data in over 150 languages, serving Fortune 50 and Global 100 clients.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in threat intelligence, AI-driven analytics, and enterprise integration while developing strong consultative, presentation, and problem-solving skills — positioning you for growth into a senior Solution Architect or technical leadership role.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of customer support experience in the computer network security industry
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- • Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies including Linux, network architecture, firewalls, proxies, anti-virus, and malware/security tools
- • Experience using Jira or other ticketing systems for task management
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to senior executives and articulate both business and technical value
- • Comfortable writing API integrations and working with diverse technologies in dynamic customer environments
