- • The Associate Solutions Architect at Latamcent (operating as TestBox) designs and delivers high-impact demo and proof-of-concept environments that directly drive customer sales success, serving as a technical consultant who shapes compelling demo narratives and leverages AI tools to enhance efficiency and buyer engagement.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading end-to-end implementation of customer demo and POC environments, configuring CRMs and support tools with custom workflows, simulating user behavior via automation and AI, advising on demo structure and storytelling, participating in agile ceremonies, writing technical tickets, maintaining documentation, and continuously exploring AI-driven improvements to workflows.
- • The team operates within a fast-growing startup backed by world-class investors, focused on building next-generation infrastructure for software buying and selling, where experimentation, velocity, and customer impact are core values, and collaboration across product, engineering, and sales is essential.
- • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in technical delivery for sales enablement, master AI-powered automation for demo environments, refine consultative storytelling aligned to buyer personas, and gain end-to-end ownership of customer-facing technical implementations in a high-velocity startup setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or related roles
- • Strong experience with technical documentation and ticket writing
- • Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, CSV/JSON data handling
- • Experience working in agile environments (standups, retros, grooming)
- • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) for efficiency
- • Advanced English (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication
- • Must be based in Rio de Janeiro or Niterói, aligned with U.S. business hours
