📋 Description

• As an Associate Solutions Architect on the Contractor Advisory Services team, you will support clients throughout their ServiceTitan journey by driving product adoption and delivering impactful solutions that help revolutionize the home and commercial services industry.
• Day to day, you will conduct high-touch one-on-one and group feature implementations for customers in onboarding and ongoing success phases, resolve low-to-medium complexity client issues including account audits and optimization, and provide direct support to Solutions Architects on larger, more complex projects.
• You will collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure extraordinary outcomes, contribute to root cause analysis on product challenges, and help optimize the customer journey by advising on sales product market fit and scaling onboarding plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience or equivalent experience in the trades.
• Deep product knowledge across the entire ServiceTitan platform with at least 2+ years of direct experience.
• Proficient in ServiceTitan’s customer inventory processes and the inventory module.
• Advanced Excel skills including xlookups, pivot tables, and macros.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25-50% of the year.
