- • The Associate/Sr. Associate - HR Analytics & Reporting role at Tiger Analytics Inc. is critical to enabling data-driven HR decision-making across a global workforce spanning the US, Canada, and the UK. By transforming HR data into actionable insights, this position directly supports organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and strategic workforce planning in a fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports across core HR functions including recruitment, performance, compensation, and employee lifecycle metrics using tools like Power BI and Google Sheets.
- • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR master data within HRIS platforms, performing regular audits and updates to support payroll, benefits, and compliance reporting.
- • Administer end-to-end payroll processes for US and Canadian employees, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and provincial regulations while coordinating with finance and external vendors.
- • Manage employee expense reimbursement workflows and oversee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, final settlements, and system deprovisioning in alignment with policy.
- • Support HR compliance initiatives by tracking regulatory changes, maintaining documentation, and assisting in audits related to labor laws, data privacy, and workplace policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Drive employee engagement programs by analyzing survey data, facilitating communication campaigns, and partnering with HR business partners to improve workplace culture and retention.
- • Collaborate with the broader HR team to evaluate and enhance HR policies, programs, and practices through data-backed recommendations and process improvement initiatives.
- • Contribute to HR excellence projects focused on automation, including streamlining repetitive tasks in HRIS, building self-service reporting, and improving data flow between systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources with proven hands-on expertise in HR analytics, including dashboard development and HR data interpretation.
- • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge and skills.
- • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and Google Workspace tools, with demonstrated ability to build and automate dashboards using Power BI and Google Sheets (must-have skill).
- • Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Zoho, Dayforce, or TriNet, including experience in HRIS data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across levels and functions.
- • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with project management capabilities to handle multiple HR initiatives and reporting deadlines simultaneously.
