- • Support the specialization of Procore’s Project Execution product line for General Contractor clients by delivering consultative training and advisory services
- • Partner with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to enhance client proficiency in using Procore’s cloud-based software platforms
- • Leverage industry knowledge of real estate development and construction to optimize client business processes using Procore systems and best practices
- • Deliver high-quality client education through clear, effective communication to transform clients into Procore experts and evangelists
- • Develop deep mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success methodologies
- • Collaborate across all levels of Procore’s organization to identify and drive the evolution of product features and customer success strategies
- • Travel approximately 75% of the time (3 weeks per month) to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices across domestic and international locations
- • Conduct on-site training sessions, workshops, and implementation support tailored to the unique workflows of General Contractors
- • Identify client pain points and recommend tailored Procore solutions to improve project outcomes in bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, document control, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction industry standards, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation trends to inform client advisory
- • Document and share client feedback, usage patterns, and success stories internally to influence product development and customer success initiatives
- • Ensure consistent delivery of Procore’s service standards across all client engagements, regardless of geographic location or project scale
- • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to align product capabilities with real-world construction workflows
- • Represent Procore professionally at industry conferences, trade shows, and client-facing events to promote adoption and advocacy of the platform
- • Adapt training content and delivery methods to diverse client teams, including field superintendents, project engineers, and executive leadership
- • Maintain accurate records of client training progress, engagement metrics, and outcomes in Procore’s internal systems
- • Promote the modernization of the construction industry through technology adoption and process innovation
- • Support the onboarding and development of new clients by creating customized training roadmaps aligned with their project lifecycle
- • Uphold Procore’s commitment to customer excellence by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving implementation challenges
- • Contribute to the creation and refinement of training materials, playbooks, and knowledge resources for internal and client use
- • Maintain compliance with Procore’s data security and confidentiality policies when handling proprietary client and company information
