- • As an Associate, Talent Acquisition at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles, playing a critical role in building high-quality teams through hands-on execution and process ownership.
- • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach; screening resumes; conducting initial assessments; coordinating interviews; maintaining accurate ATS records; and supporting recruiting projects and process improvements.
- • You will join a small, high-bar talent team at A1 (part of Bjak Sdn. Bhd.) that values initiative, learning, and execution over hierarchy, working closely with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers to drive hiring excellence.
- • This role offers the opportunity to learn technical recruiting from the ground up, gain ownership of recruiting processes, develop expertise in sourcing and candidate experience, and grow into roles such as Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialized technical hiring specialist.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
