- • As an Associate, Talent Acquisition at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles, playing a critical role in building high-quality technical teams by ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient hiring processes.
- • Day to day, you will source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach; screen resumes and conduct initial screens to assess fit, motivation, and communication; coordinate interviews and feedback collection; maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS; and support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales.
- • You will join a small, high-bar talent acquisition team at A1 (part of Bjak Sdn. Bhd.) that values initiative, execution, and learning over titles, working closely with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers in a flat, collaborative structure.
- • In this role, you will learn technical recruiting from the ground up, gain hands-on ownership of recruitment workflows, develop expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordination, and build a clear growth path toward becoming a Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialist in technical hiring.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
