- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, employee referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback collection and smooth candidate experiences.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data quality and consistent process adherence.
- • Assist in recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
- • Help keep hiring operations organized, responsive, and efficient by managing multiple priorities and following through on tasks reliably.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are met with accuracy and speed.
- • Contribute to a high-talent-density environment by operating independently, making decisions under ambiguity, and taking ownership of recruitment outcomes.
- • Adapt to a fast-paced, execution-focused culture where clarity, practicality, and direct communication are prioritized.
- • Participate in virtual and/or onsite interviews depending on candidate location and team needs.
- • Learn and apply best practices in technical hiring through hands-on experience in a high-growth AI product company.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities align with the company’s mission to distribute intelligence through reliable, persistent, and task-oriented AI systems.
- • Support the scaling of hiring operations by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to process standardization.
- • Maintain a proactive, learning-oriented mindset and actively seek feedback to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- • Handle confidential candidate information with discretion and professionalism throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between hiring needs and company-wide operational goals.
