- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outbound outreach.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and accurate logistics across time zones.
- • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to maintain consistent evaluation standards.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
- • Contribute to recruiting projects focused on improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
- • Assist in optimizing recruitment workflows and processes to support rapid hiring pace without compromising quality.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
- • Operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and reliability.
- • Adapt to evolving hiring needs by learning and applying best practices in technical talent acquisition, even without prior recruiting experience.
- • Contribute to a culture of clear communication, direct feedback, and practical execution in all recruitment interactions.
- • Ensure all hiring activities align with A1’s mission of building a highly reliable AI assistant through exceptional talent acquisition.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles; fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome
- • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- • Comfort using Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through reliably
