- ⢠Lead end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Drataâs Assurance product lines, including Trust Center and AI Questionnaire Assistance, with full ownership of customer outcomes and business performance.
- ⢠Define long-term product vision and translate it into clear operating plans aligned with Drataâs company strategy, customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- ⢠Prioritize portfolio-level initiatives across growth, retention, platform, and innovation work, making deliberate tradeoffs to maximize business impact and product-market fit.
- ⢠Drive product decisions using customer insights, product data, competitive intelligence, and regulatory trends to identify expansion opportunities and differentiate Drataâs offerings.
- ⢠Serve as the primary product leader for the Assurance business line, accountable for adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue performance of core product offerings.
- ⢠Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to align product strategy with go-to-market execution and commercialization plans.
- ⢠Shape product positioning, packaging, launch strategies, and pricing models for major initiatives within the Assurance product lines.
- ⢠Lead the full product lifecycleâfrom strategy and discovery to roadmap planning, execution, launch, and iterative improvementâwith a focus on speed, quality, and customer value.
- ⢠Establish clear product goals, metrics, and operating rhythms to create accountability, visibility, and focus across cross-functional teams.
- ⢠Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers, fostering an environment of ownership, high standards, and continuous growth.
- ⢠Coach senior product talent to elevate strategic thinking, decision-making quality, and operational effectiveness across the product organization.
- ⢠Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by improving communication, planning, and alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations teams.
- ⢠Contribute to scaling the broader product organization by shaping its structure, talent density, decision rights, and operating model.

- ⢠Maintain a high bar for product quality, customer value, and operational rigor while navigating ambiguity and fast-paced change.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠10+ years of product management experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products with ownership of complex product areas
- ⢠5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing product teams, including managing senior product managers or product leaders
- ⢠Proven track record of owning a meaningful product business or product line with material revenue responsibility
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to define strategy, translate it into execution, and deliver measurable business results
- ⢠Deep customer empathy paired with strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment
- ⢠Experience working in high-growth environments with ambiguity, rapid change, and organizational scaling
