- ⢠As Sr Legal Counsel EMEA, Corporate Governance at DexCom, Inc., you will play a critical role in safeguarding the legal and regulatory integrity of the companyâs international operations, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards across EMEA subsidiaries and supporting strategic business initiatives in a rapidly growing global health technology leader.
- ⢠You will manage corporate governance for DexComâs international subsidiaries, including overseeing annual corporate filings, board governance processes, director appointments, officer changes, and general entity maintenance to ensure ongoing legal compliance and operational readiness across jurisdictions.
- ⢠You will support the incorporation, restructuring, and dissolution of international subsidiaries, working closely with tax, treasury, and local counsel to align legal structures with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
