📋 Description

• As Sr Legal Counsel EMEA, Corporate Governance at DexCom, Inc., you will play a critical role in safeguarding the legal and regulatory integrity of the company’s international operations, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards across EMEA subsidiaries and supporting strategic business initiatives in a rapidly growing global health technology leader.
• You will manage corporate governance for DexCom’s international subsidiaries, including overseeing annual corporate filings, board governance processes, director appointments, officer changes, and general entity maintenance to ensure ongoing legal compliance and operational readiness across jurisdictions.
• You will support the incorporation, restructuring, and dissolution of international subsidiaries, working closely with tax, treasury, and local counsel to align legal structures with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• You will provide proactive legal support to DexCom’s tax and treasury departments, advising on cross-border transactions, intercompany agreements, and regulatory filings to optimize global tax efficiency and financial compliance.
• You will partner with commercial, finance, legal, and other business teams to evaluate and support business opportunities, government tenders, and strategic partnerships, ensuring legal risk is identified and mitigated early in the deal lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related corporate law experience working in-house at a global public company or at a top-tier law firm.
• Expertise working with entity management systems, MS Office, Smartsheet, DocuSign, and Adobe.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to consistently own and solve problems, drive results, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
