- • As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and engaging with prospective customers. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting compelling product demonstrations during the sales cycle, facilitating technical customer onboarding, leading Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements to vividly illustrate the transformative capabilities of the XBOW platform, and ensuring a seamless transition for customers from the pre-sales to the post-sales phases. This is a fundamentally technical position situated within a customer-facing environment. You will collaborate extensively with a diverse range of customers, providing crucial support to the sales team. Furthermore, you will serve as a vital conduit, channeling field insights and customer feedback directly back to our Product Engineering team to drive continuous platform maturation and enhancement.
- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Providing robust support to the sales team by conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations for prospective clients, effectively showcasing the unique value proposition of XBOW.
- • Spearheading and executing Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements, meticulously designed to demonstrate the tangible benefits and effectiveness of the XBOW platform in real-world customer scenarios.
- • Performing in-depth technical discovery and requirements gathering throughout the sales process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and challenges.
- • Guiding customers through a smooth and efficient technical onboarding process, setting them up for success with the XBOW platform.
- • Acting as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 support during the critical PoV stage, addressing customer inquiries and technical issues promptly.
- • Maintaining flexibility and openness to transition into post-sales support roles as required, ensuring continuity of customer success.
- • Delivering crucial feedback to product teams based on observations and insights gathered from customer interactions and field engagements, contributing to product development and improvement.
- • Articulating the technical intricacies and business value of the XBOW product in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- • Explaining complex cybersecurity concepts and the implications of AI in security to diverse customer teams, ranging from technical engineers to executive leadership.
- • Serving as the dedicated technical Point of Contact (PoC) for customers during the pre-sales engagement, building trust and technical credibility.
- • Facilitating a seamless and effective hand-off of customer engagements between the pre-sales and post-sales support teams, ensuring a unified customer experience.
- • This role demands a proactive individual who can not only articulate technical value but also understand customer buying drivers and objections, tailoring messaging effectively for audiences ranging from CISOs to security engineers and business executives.
