  • • Lead Network Engineer at Evismart S.r.l. is a critical role responsible for designing, maintaining, and scaling the global network infrastructure that powers AI-driven healthcare workflows across 26+ countries, ensuring zero-downtime reliability and enabling life-changing digital dentistry services.
  • • The person will own end-to-end network architecture, monitoring, security, scaling, and cross-functional collaboration to support global CAD operations, AI pipelines, and customer workflows with predictable performance and structural resilience.
  • • Evismart S.r.l. (operating as Nimbyx) is a fast-growing healthcare technology company scaling EviSmart globally, where network stability directly impacts patient outcomes and the delivery of AI-enhanced dental care.
  • • The person will learn to architect and optimize enterprise-grade networks at scale, lead onsite infrastructure initiatives, and drive preventive engineering practices that reduce incidents and improve system predictability in a high-ownership, mission-driven environment.
  • • Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure supporting global AI-driven healthcare workflows, CAD operations, and customer systems with focus on performance, predictability, and scale.
  • • Establish real-time monitoring, alerting, and early-warning systems; conduct deep-dive root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues through permanent, structural fixes and automation.
  • • Implement and maintain secure network boundaries (firewalls, VPNs, access controls), enforce least-privilege principles, and partner with Security Engineering on threat detection and incident response readiness.
  • • Benchmark network performance, identify bottlenecks proactively, and drive bandwidth planning, load balancing, and redundancy strategies for low latency, high throughput, and minimal disruption.
  • • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Solutions teams to translate business needs into network requirements and equip teams with reliable environments to focus on value delivery.
  • • Provide hands-on onsite support for critical systems, office connectivity, and production workflows; serve as the onsite authority for all network systems and escalations.
  • • Ensure 99.9%+ network uptime, sub-10-minute incident response time, trending-zero recurring issue rate, and consistent latency/throughput benchmarks while adhering to internal and customer-facing SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong foundation in network design, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, load balancing, and firewall configuration.
  • • Experience with enterprise-grade hardware including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or equivalent.
  • • Hands-on expertise with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or Zabbix.
  • • Comfort working in on-prem, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP a plus).
  • • Strong documentation habits and a bias for preventing issues rather than reacting to them.
  • • Calm under pressure; thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with a first-principles mindset.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Opportunity to engineer the backbone of global AI-driven healthcare workflows impacting millions of patients.
  • • Work on mission-critical infrastructure where network stability directly enables life-changing dental care innovation.
  • • Autonomy to design and implement preventive, structural solutions rather than reactive fixes.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Solutions.
  • • Onsite leadership role with authority over critical network systems and escalations in BGC, Taguig.
  • • Exposure to enterprise-grade technologies and hybrid/cloud environments at scale.
