Associate Technical Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Associate Technical Onboarding Manager, you will manage the onboarding process for new Mission Cloud customers, serving as a technical guide and services expert to ensure successful cloud adoption.
• • Day to day, you will lead onboarding meetings, project manage the onboarding process from kickoff to completion, gather technical requirements, and act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey.
• • You will work closely with Customer Success, Service Delivery, and Sales teams to align onboarding activities with customer contracts, SLAs, and deliverables, ensuring seamless service implementation.
• • Mission Cloud is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner and MSP, helping clients architect, migrate, manage, and optimize their cloud environments with a team of AWS Certified Solutions Architects and DevOps Engineers.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AWS Cloud Technologies, develop project management and customer-facing technical skills, and gain experience managing multiple complex onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving cloud services environment.
