- • Engage proactively with builders and platforms using Supabase, particularly within modern "vibe coding" environments such as Lovable, Bolt, Figma, and v0.
- • Execute a pipeline of technical partnership opportunities with AI builders and developer tooling organizations in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- • Manage relationships with onboarded partners by providing co-marketing support to drive increased adoption of Supabase within their ecosystems.
- • Monitor emerging trends in AI-assisted development, open-source infrastructure, and developer workflows to identify new ecosystem opportunities for partnership.
- • Build and nurture relationships with founders, developers, and platform teams at next-generation coding platforms to expand Supabase’s presence in developer tooling ecosystems.
- • Conduct market research and strategic analysis to assess business opportunities and alignment with Supabase’s growth objectives in the open-source and SaaS space.
- • Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns in developer behavior, tool adoption, and integration patterns involving Supabase and AI-powered tools.
- • Communicate findings and partnership proposals clearly to internal stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- • Work independently to manage multiple partnership initiatives with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks based on impact and feasibility.
- • Stay informed about MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-based integrations and their relevance to developer tooling ecosystems.
- • Contribute to ecosystem growth by participating in open-source communities and understanding developer GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
- • Leverage internal resources to support partner onboarding, technical integration, and joint promotional activities.
- • Maintain awareness of Supabase’s full suite of services—including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search—to effectively articulate partnership value propositions.
- • Align partnership activities with Supabase’s open-source-first and build-in-public philosophy to ensure authentic engagement with developer communities.
- • Participate in asynchronous communication workflows, responding to inquiries and advancing initiatives without reliance on real-time collaboration.
- • Contribute to the company’s global, remote-first culture by operating effectively across time zones and cultural contexts.
🎯 Requirements
- • Recent graduate within a technical field or 2–5 years of professional work experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Solutions Engineering/Architecture
- • Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, or developer ecosystems, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-based integration
- • Experience with market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development, ideally within the open-source space
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing projects independently
- • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify trends and assess business opportunities
