📋 Description

• As an Associate Value Consultant at Pure Storage, you will empower customers to visualize the financial future of their data centers by translating complex technical shifts into compelling economic narratives, serving as a bridge between IT innovation and financial justification.
• Day to day, you will architect defensible business cases by building financial models for TCO, ROI, and NPV; quantify strategic value by partnering with Finance and IT stakeholders; drive consultative discovery through structured interviews; optimize value frameworks by enhancing reusable benchmarks; and translate technical impact into executive-level summaries for C-suite audiences.
• You will join the Global Value Management team within Pure Storage, a company fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry with its Everpure™ Platform, working alongside smart, innovative teams to prove ROI and support global sales efforts.
• In this role, you will master value-based selling, deepen expertise in financial modeling and cloud economics, develop consultative communication skills, and gain experience influencing executive decisions through data-driven storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in financial modeling using Google Sheets or Excel with ability to manage complex datasets and structure cash-flow and P&L formats
• Strong grasp of core economic concepts including ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, and cloud economics, with ability to connect infrastructure decisions to business outcomes
• Skill in distilling technical and financial data into persuasive written and verbal narratives for diverse audiences, from engineers to CFOs
• Track record of managing multiple project timelines with high attention to detail in governance and version control
