📋 Description
- • The Revenue Integrity Auditor ensures accurate charge capture and coding compliance to prevent revenue leakage and support healthcare providers’ financial performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include validating missing charges, analyzing coding variances, conducting charge audits, and communicating findings to clients using proprietary technology and medical records.
- • Waystar is a trusted healthcare payments platform serving over 1 million providers, 1,000+ hospitals, and 5,000+ payers, committed to simplifying healthcare payments through innovation and values-driven culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in medical coding (CPT, ICD, HCPC), revenue integrity processes, and healthcare reimbursement while contributing to process improvements and client financial goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- • Experience with hospital inpatient and/or outpatient coding, charge capture, and CDM (Chargemaster)
- • Proficiency in analyzing revenue leakage and conducting quality control audits
- • Ability to stay current on CPT, ICD, HCPC, and modifier coding requirements
- • Strong communication skills to professionally convey audit findings to clients
