📋 Description

• • As a Principal Software Engineer (L6) at Rula Health, you will serve as the technical anchor for the Patients Group, architecting the next generation of patient-facing mental healthcare tools that power the entire patient lifecycle—from signup and scheduling to pre- and post-visit experiences.
• • You will design resilient full-stack systems integrated with advanced AI capabilities, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, to scale mental healthcare access to millions while ensuring high reliability, low latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
• • You will bridge consumer-grade application architecture with applied AI implementation, mentoring engineering teams and driving complex product initiatives from conception to launch in a remote-first, mission-driven organization dedicated to destigmatizing mental health.
• • In this role, you will elevate engineering culture, lead technical strategy for high-traffic consumer systems, and gain deep expertise in scaling AI-integrated platforms within a high-growth digital health startup focused on equitable, evidence-based care.
