• • The Senior Solution Architect (SSA) is a field-based technical pre-sales role focused on developing comprehensive Cisco enterprise networking solutions for CDW customers, driving business growth through consultative guidance and strategic relationships.
• • Day to day, the SSA designs and positions Cisco networking solutions (routing, switching, SD-WAN, DNA/Catalyst Center), develops assessment and service solutions, collaborates with customers and internal teams to author statements of work, analyzes technical and competitive considerations, maintains strategic relationships with customers and partners, practices territory ownership, acts as a subject matter expert, drives technical enablement and mentoring for other SAs, and develops training content for coworkers.
