📋 Description

• The Automated Testing Analyst role at Qualysoft GmbH is critical to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions delivered to enterprise clients across industries such as banking, telecom, automotive, and manufacturing. This position directly supports the company’s mission to deliver scalable enterprise systems and intelligent automation frameworks by validating functionality through rigorous test automation.
• Day to day, the analyst will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-leading tools, maintain test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development and QA teams to improve software quality. They will also contribute to refining test strategies and supporting the adoption of automation best practices across projects.

They will have the opportunity to grow into senior testing or test automation lead positions while working on high-impact projects for multinational clients in stable, long-term engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in test automation using tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) for developing automated test scripts
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into DevOps workflows
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and collaboration in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
