  • • Lead technical engagements with automotive industry customers, driving workflow analysis across design and manufacturing systems
  • • Gather, document, and validate technical requirements and current-state environments from automotive design and manufacturing stakeholders
  • • Develop Customer Technical Vision (CTV) documents that outline technical footprint, long-term goals, and adoption strategies for Autodesk solutions
  • • Create Customer Outcome Proposals (COP) with clear ROI narratives and solution justification artifacts to support customer decision-making
  • • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both technical and business stakeholders as a strategic technical advisor
  • • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts to drive revenue growth through technical insights
  • • Coordinate internal specialists for technical demonstrations, product evaluations, and solution discussions
  • • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy using technical expertise and customer insights
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, notes, and action items in internal CRM and tracking systems
  • • Represent Autodesk in customer-facing technical discussions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Autodesk’s technology capabilities
  • • Travel up to 25% of the time across North America and Europe to support on-site customer engagements and industry events
  • • Translate complex software workflows and SaaS platforms into actionable customer-centric narratives that drive adoption and business outcomes
  • • Stay current on Autodesk product roadmaps and industry trends in automotive design and factory design to provide informed technical guidance
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their unique challenges in automotive manufacturing and product development
  • • Support the development of compelling technical storytelling and persuasive communication materials tailored to executive and engineering audiences
  • • Ensure all customer engagements align with Autodesk’s strategic goals and customer success frameworks

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • • 2-5 years of industry knowledge or Autodesk expertise
  • • Experience building long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • • Ability to travel 25% of the time throughout North America and Europe
  • • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • • Proven ability to learn complex technologies and industry workflows
