• • The AVP, Enterprise Program Portfolio Management leads and develops the overall portfolio and project vision for one or more accounts, creating implementation strategies to achieve long-term strategic and market-driven goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and organizational success.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading strategic project management, establishing software development lifecycle processes, driving business process improvements, managing program governance, influencing best practices across the organization, owning account portfolios with budget and scope accountability, building internal and external stakeholder relationships, providing leadership and mentorship to project management teams, and maintaining industry insights to drive continuous improvement.
