📋 Description

• As the AVP, HR Operations & Transformation at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will serve as an executive leader responsible for owning and elevating the global HR operating model, ensuring it is efficient, consistent, and experience-driven to match the company’s technology-driven scale.
• You will provide executive oversight across Total Rewards, People Operations, and HRIS & Analytics, acting as the strategic sponsor for these three core pillars and partnering closely with functional leaders to drive cohesion, accountability, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
• You will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and function as a peer to other C-suite leaders, bringing data, structure, and executive-level perspective to HR strategy and transformation initiatives.

• In this role, you will architect the end-to-end employee journey by streamlining onboarding, performance, mobility, and offboarding processes; lead HR systems and automation strategy; strengthen compliance and operational integrity; and guide transformation efforts including vendor management and change management across global teams.
• You will build and elevate a high-performing HR operations team by clarifying roles, establishing goals, driving accountability, and leveraging the team to set a strategic HR calendar with a programmatic lens for scalability.
• This role offers the opportunity to drive HR digital transformation, establish data governance frameworks, influence C-suite decisions, and leave a lasting impact on how People processes support Nexxen’s global growth and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with significant time in senior roles spanning HR Operations, Total Rewards, and/or HR Transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing Total Rewards functions including compensation, benefits, and payroll in a global environment.
• Proven track record leading large-scale HRIS implementations or HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of global labor law compliance and operational risk management.
• Experience building and scaling People processes in high-growth or complex, multi-regional environments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence and advise at the C-suite level.
