- • The AVP, Longer Healthier Better Advisor Network (LHBN) will lead a strategic initiative to design, build, and scale a platform of affiliated advisors as the primary go-to-market engine for transactional products in Broad Markets/Mass Affluent, helping Manulife tell its story of enabling customers to live Longer. Healthier. Better. Lives.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing strategies for advisor network growth, translating business objectives into actionable plans, driving agent recruitment and awareness, establishing lead generation frameworks, implementing compensation and recognition structures, overseeing sales desk operations, managing partner engagement and certification programs, maintaining analytics and reporting dashboards, and providing budget oversight for network operations, events, and meetings.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in strategic program leadership, influencer-based advisor recruitment, performance-based compensation design, end-to-end service blueprinting for advisor enablement, and data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting, positioning them for senior leadership in financial distribution and advisor network management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12 years of experience in life insurance distribution or field sales, with expertise in brokerage/IMO/BGA channels
- • Proven success in launching or scaling agent networks, sales desks, or wholesaler teams
- • Must hold appropriate selling and oversight licenses, including Series 6, 63, and 26
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry designations (CLU, ChFC, FLMI) preferred
- • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs with significant business impact and strong strategic and conceptual thinking
- • Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders and building consensus across diverse interest groups
