- • The Associate Vice President, Network and Contracting leads the strategic planning and execution of hospital, provider, and ancillary provider contracting to ensure optimal member access, business growth, and financial performance for CareSource.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing provider contracting strategy, developing reimbursement models, managing complex negotiations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- • CareSource is a mission-driven managed care organization dedicated to improving health outcomes and fostering belonging for individuals of all backgrounds, with a strong focus on community and provider partnerships.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic leadership skills in healthcare contracting, drive value-based care initiatives, influence enterprise-wide network strategy, and build expertise in regulatory compliance and financial performance management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- • Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare external stakeholder engagement, program management, strategic planning, or complex business processes
- • Five (5) years of prior management experience required
- • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- • Strong financial background and ability to manage budgets in conjunction with market executive teams
