📋 Description
- • The AVP, Office of Agile – Tools Configuration & Intake Analyst (L10) role is critical to ensuring the effective configuration, administration, and alignment of Agile tools across Synchrony Financial, supporting enterprise-wide adoption of Lean-Agile principles and enabling strategic execution through optimized workflows and governance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for Office of Agile applications such as JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Align; managing intake workflows; driving process improvements; supporting PI planning, story validation, and roadmap grooming; and directly supporting VPs of Office of Agile Tools and Common Intake Process to ensure timely configurations and integrations.
- • The role sits within Synchrony’s Strategic Partnerships and Agile team, specifically the Office of Agile (OOA), which focuses on promoting Agile adoption, defining organizational guidelines, and aligning strategic directives with execution across Agile Delivery communities and the broader enterprise.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in Agile tooling administration, gain influence in shaping enterprise Agile practices, develop leadership and change management capabilities, and contribute to process optimization and governance maturity across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of Technology or Process Management experience, OR High School Diploma/G.E.D. with minimum 10 years of Technology or Process Management experience
- • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience with JIRA and Confluence
- • System Administration Experience in JIRA and Confluence; Tool Administration Experience in JIRA Align
- • Extensive experience in Groovy and Type scripting; Extensive experience in Common Intake/Ideation Systems
- • Demonstrated experience driving improvements across complex organizations and processes; Minimum 5 years in a lead role with proven leadership and training experience
