• • The AVP of Servicing Controls plays a critical role in ensuring Reprise Financial maintains strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity within its servicing operations, directly supporting the company’s mission to provide transparent and accessible personal loans.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, documenting and evaluating controls, collaborating with leadership on corrective actions, preparing reports for senior leadership, coordinating responses to audits and exams, and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes.
