• • The AVP, Subject Matter Expert Practice leads RingCentral’s post-sales technical expertise function across UCaaS, CCaaS, and Agentic AI, ensuring high-credential, high-performance technical delivery that drives customer retention, NPS, and product adoption.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning SME practice strategy and structure, designing engagement models with TSMs, recruiting and assessing technical SMEs through rigorous credentialing, defining competency frameworks, and serving as the executive voice of SMEs in product councils and strategic account engagements.
