📋 Description
- • Speak AI Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Content Marketer for a 6-month contract position, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. This role is instrumental in executing our content marketing strategy across South Korea and the broader Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. You will be a key player in building a robust content engine designed to significantly enhance awareness, drive pipeline generation, and foster product engagement for our Speak for Business offering.
- • Reporting to the B2B Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing impactful content-led demand generation campaigns. These campaigns must resonate deeply with our target audience while maintaining strict alignment with global go-to-market initiatives. This position operates at the critical intersection of content creation, sales enablement, and product marketing, demanding a candidate with exceptional execution precision and strategic thinking.
- • A core requirement for this role is fluency in both English and Korean. You will be expected to create content natively in both languages. Furthermore, you will collaborate effectively with local translators and leverage AI tools to adapt and localize content for other international markets, ensuring a consistent and culturally relevant brand message.
- • **Content Marketing & Demand Generation:**
- • Spearhead regional content marketing efforts for Korea and APAC, ensuring all activities are strategically aligned with global Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities and objectives.
- • Develop, manage, and meticulously maintain a comprehensive content calendar spanning various channels, including the company blog, social media platforms, email marketing, and event collateral. The focus will be on delivering content that is clear, consistent, and highly relevant to local markets.
- • Design, launch, and continuously optimize sophisticated email nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel. This includes strategically repurposing high-performing content assets across different formats and channels to maximize reach and impact.
- • **Sales Enablement & Product Marketing:**
- • Create a diverse and comprehensive suite of B2B sales and marketing collateral. This includes, but is not limited to, compelling pitch decks, informative one-pagers, engaging brochures, impactful case studies, clear user guides, concise company overviews, and professional event presentations.
- • Collaborate closely with the product team to develop clear positioning statements and essential marketing materials that the sales team can effectively utilize in the field to articulate value propositions.
- • Foster a strong partnership with the sales team to deeply understand their needs, deliver timely and relevant assets, and ultimately strengthen their capacity to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- • Ensure the provision of appropriate content tailored to each specific stage of the sales cycle. This ranges from engaging event invitations and introductory decks to detailed, persuasive case studies and competitive analysis materials.
- • **Gated Content & Lead Generation:**
- • Develop high-value, gated content assets such as in-depth industry reports, insightful whitepapers, and practical guides. These materials will be specifically targeted at HR professionals and corporate Learning & Development (L&D) decision-makers.
- • Conduct independent research to unearth original insights and data that will position Speak AI as a recognized thought leader within the English language learning and HR technology sectors.
- • Craft compelling landing page copy and associated campaign assets designed to maximize conversion rates and generate qualified leads.
- • **Digital & SEO Content:**
- • Write and manage SEO-optimized blog content designed to drive organic traffic to the Speak for Business website and build topical authority within relevant search engine results.
- • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to conceptualize and develop creative assets, persuasive ad copy, and effective landing page content for both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
- • Develop engaging email campaign content and strategic sequences that nurture leads effectively through the marketing and sales funnel.
- • **Bilingual Content & Localization:**
- • Produce high-quality content natively in both Korean and English, ensuring absolute consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all communications.
- • Work collaboratively with local translators and leverage advanced AI tools to efficiently adapt and localize content for other key APAC markets, ensuring cultural appropriateness and market relevance.
- • Rigorously ensure that all content produced accurately reflects local cultural nuances while remaining strictly aligned with global brand standards and guidelines.
