- • As a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist at Project Expedition, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement by aligning digital marketing efforts with sales objectives to expand the company’s reach in the competitive travel and tourism industry. Your work will directly impact revenue generation and advisor satisfaction through strategic, data-informed campaigns that enhance brand visibility and partner relationships.
- • You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies grounded in market research, identifying growth opportunities within the travel sector and translating sales challenges into multi-channel campaigns that meet deadlines, milestones, and performance benchmarks.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include producing high-quality first-round drafts of marketing content—such as emails, social media posts, webinars, training materials, and website updates—while ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment with agency needs and training gaps.
- • You will manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, social, and other digital platforms, leveraging design skills to create PDFs, flyers, one-pagers, and branded collateral, and applying video editing expertise for short-form promotional and training content.
- • You will monitor and optimize key performance indicators including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics, using data analytics to refine strategies and ensure 100% on-time delivery of weekly, monthly, and agency-specific assets.
- • You will serve as a primary point of contact for travel advisors and partners, responding to inquiries within 24 hours, escalating urgent issues, and gathering market and service insights from partner feedback to inform future initiatives.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Training, and Product teams to support sales goals, secure high-value advisor engagement, and source webinar registrants from key accounts, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and revenue targets.
- • You will proactively adopt emerging technologies, AI tools, and marketing platforms to improve workflow efficiency, anticipate challenges, and propose innovative solutions that enhance productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment that values initiative, accountability, and adaptability, allowing you to take ownership of your workload while balancing competing priorities in a fluid, growth-oriented culture.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B, SaaS, travel, or agency-facing industries
- • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute multi-channel marketing plans with minimal supervision
- • Strong email design skills, including layout, formatting, and performance-driven content creation
- • Proven experience creating marketing assets such as PDFs, flyers, one-pagers, and branded collateral
- • Video editing experience for short-form marketing, training, and promotional content
- • Deep understanding of style guides and brand guidelines, with the ability to maintain consistency across all assets and channels
- • Strong data analytics mindset — comfortable reviewing performance data (open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions) to identify successes, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- • Campaign design and strategic problem-solving skills: able to take a business or sales challenge and translate it into a cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaign
- • High level of creative thinking paired with strong execution discipline
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment
- • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- • Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms (social, email, design, analytics, CRM, AI tools)
