- • Call existing and new dental customers to drive incremental sales growth through targeted promotions and pricing strategies.
- • Service target accounts across all product categories to expand sales and increase share of wallet.
- • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate and advance the sales process.
- • Guide accounts through the sales management lifecycle to foster growth and long-term engagement.
- • Promote the AAOMS partnership and other designated pricing programs to enhance customer value.
- • Sell complementary services including compliance training, inventory management systems, and Rx destruction to build customer loyalty and improve ROI.
- • Collaborate with management to develop strategic sales approaches and address objections or roadblocks.
- • Support marketing initiatives such as tradeshows and exhibits through travel, preparation, and follow-up activities.
- • Adhere to company pricing guidelines to ensure profitable revenue and gross profit growth.
- • Document all customer interactions, account status, and sales efforts to optimize opportunities and track results.
- • Communicate product gaps, competitive intelligence, new service opportunities, and pricing objectives to leadership.
- • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales Support, and Supplier Management teams to understand inventory, product lines, shortages, and promotions.
- • Investigate and resolve customer service issues while maintaining accurate and detailed notes.
- • Deliver high-quality customer service to assigned accounts while advancing sales objectives.
- • Prepare and provide quotes and price comparisons using Truecost, with full understanding of pricing margins.
- • Utilize Power BI to analyze data and support sales decision-making.
- • Perform routine follow-up calls as scheduled per strategic sales plans.
- • Use company-provided metrics and reporting to inform communications with management.
- • Travel up to 10% for customer visits, tradeshows, business meetings, and other required events.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- • 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- • Strong computer skills and time management abilities
- • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- • Ability to learn and use Power BI
- • Comfortable working in Central or Eastern Time Zone
