- • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns targeting prospect accounts and existing clients across fashion, beauty, consumer tech, interiors, and lifestyle sectors.
- • Create and maintain detailed campaign trackers, timelines, and calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities with high accuracy and consistency.
- • Support the full lifecycle of prospect marketing efforts, including nurture journeys and stage transitions such as pending, MQL, and SAL.
- • Assist in copywriting and development of campaign assets to drive engagement and conversions across digital and offline channels.
- • Provide end-to-end logistical and administrative support for in-person and virtual events, including webinars and LinkedIn Live sessions, covering venue research, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and material production (e.g., name badges, printed collateral).
- • Maintain campaign reporting frameworks and track key performance indicators to measure effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
- • Produce regular performance reports based on data analysis from marketing activities and client interactions.
- • Execute digital marketing tasks including building and deploying email campaigns and landing pages using Marketo and Salesforce platforms.
- • Manage data uploads, system updates, and ensure best practices are followed across all digital marketing touchpoints.
- • Handle marketing operations tasks such as raising purchase orders, setting up vendors in internal systems, and maintaining accurate finance and campaign trackers.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and client needs.
- • Support marketing activities tailored to diverse business areas and client segments, ensuring relevance and precision in messaging and execution.
- • Utilize strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for data tracking, reporting, and operational administration.
- • Demonstrate an analytical mindset by interpreting campaign data to inform future marketing decisions and optimize performance.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all administrative, operational, and creative deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- • Contribute to the global marketing team’s mission of elevating the WGSN brand through data-driven, strategically aligned campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in a marketing role within a B2B or trend-driven industry (e.g., insights, media, SaaS, fashion, or retail)
- • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- • Experience supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and event logistics
