📋 Description

• We're looking for a senior B2B Marketing Generalist to build and scale demand generation across multiple channels.
• This is a hands-on role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
• Your work will shape how the Indian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs.
• The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make the top choice for every enterprise evaluating voice AI, whether for conversational agents, or creative applications.
• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across priority industries, from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
• Build and execute programs across ABM, content, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound, choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.
• Partner closely with sales, product marketing, growth, design, and global marketing teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
• Build and scale demand generation across multiple channels.
• Grow our brand with technical buyers.
• Create programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
• Build repeatable marketing engines that make the top choice for every enterprise evaluating voice AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company - built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and know what moved the needle.
• Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly.
• Relentless commitment to excellence - holds a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact
• Is curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.
