- • Lead the development and execution of OpenAI’s APAC B2B marketing strategy aligned with global priorities and regional go-to-market objectives.
- • Drive full-funnel B2B marketing programs across field marketing, content, customer marketing, events, and partner marketing across the Asia-Pacific region.
- • Partner closely with GTM, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Communications, and Global Affairs teams to deliver integrated programs that support enterprise adoption and pipeline growth.
- • Translate global B2B narratives and product launches into regionally relevant, market-specific execution across priority APAC markets including India, Korea, Japan, ANZ, and Southeast Asia.
- • Establish and maintain regional marketing operating rhythms including planning cycles, agency management, budget oversight, performance measurement, and reporting.
- • Act as the regional voice for APAC B2B marketing by bringing market insights, customer perspectives, and local cultural nuances into global strategy discussions.
- • Build and scale foundational B2B marketing capabilities within the APAC region with a focus on future team growth and specialization.
- • Work directly with sales-led GTM teams to align marketing initiatives with enterprise and partner-led growth motions.
- • Navigate complex stakeholder environments across diverse APAC markets, ensuring marketing efforts reflect local buying dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and trust-building requirements.
- • Manage regional marketing vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure consistent brand execution and measurable outcomes.
- • Measure and report on the effectiveness of B2B marketing programs using performance metrics tied to revenue and pipeline goals.
- • Ensure all marketing activities uphold OpenAI’s mission of ensuring general-purpose AI benefits all of humanity, with attention to safety, ethics, and inclusivity.
- • Collaborate across functions to maintain alignment between marketing messaging, product positioning, and corporate communications in APAC markets.
- • Adapt global campaigns to reflect regional business norms, language preferences, and enterprise decision-making structures unique to each APAC market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in B2B or integrated marketing, ideally within technology, platforms, or high-growth environments.
- • Proven track record of building and executing B2B marketing programs that support enterprise or partner-led GTM motions across multiple markets or regions.
- • Strong understanding of APAC enterprise buying dynamics, including the role of trust, regulation, partners, and local proof points.
- • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- • Experience working closely with Sales, GTM, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Communications teams in a matrixed organization.
- • Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong stakeholder management and influence skills across cultures and geographies.
