📋 Description

• As the B2B Marketing - Spanish Latam Growth Lead at ElevenLabs, you will be the local source of truth for marketing and growth in Spanish-speaking Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, driving regional expansion through aggressive lead generation, brand awareness, and end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives.
• You will build and execute complex multi-language outbound sequences, own local industry events and webinars, collaborate with performance marketing on ABM and localized retargeting, monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and adapt ElevenLabs’ global voice to resonate with Latam business cultures.

• Native Spanish speaker
• Fluent English speaker
• Ownership Pedigree: implemented marketing projects from start to finish and held accountable for ROI
• Entrepreneurial Background: strong drive and history of high engagement in entrepreneurial or high-stakes environments
• Thrives in Chaos: energized by dynamic, ever-changing environments and able to manage multiple workstreams without losing focus
• The 'Jack of All Trades': broad knowledge in growth marketing including numbers analysis, performance knowledge, campaign planning, and event organizing
• DRI Mentality: ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations
