📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product marketing and demand generation for ElevenProductions, the premium audio services arm of ElevenLabs, serving enterprise clients in gaming, media, publishing, and wellness.
• Position and package service lines—including human-in-the-loop localization, audiobook production, custom brand voice creation, and audio engineering—for enterprise buyers, translating complex technical workflows like voice cloning and dubbing pipelines into clear, compelling value propositions.
• Launch new service capabilities as ElevenProductions expands into additional languages and audio formats, defining go-to-market strategies from concept to execution.
• Create high-impact marketing collateral such as sales decks, case studies, battle cards, one-pagers, and landing pages that enable the sales team to close enterprise deals.
• Develop and execute demand generation strategies including targeted outbound sequences, account-based marketing campaigns, event strategy, and collaboration with performance marketing on paid media initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts and verticals where ElevenProductions can win, building detailed buyer personas and account lists based on industry needs and pain points.
• Work cross-functionally with the Productions team, sales, and broader marketing organization to align messaging, product roadmap, and customer insights.
• Define the growth playbook from scratch for a green-field business unit, establishing processes for lead generation, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
• Leverage AI-first principles across all marketing activities to optimize workflows, improve content quality, and accelerate time-to-market for campaigns and collateral.
• Operate autonomously with high ownership, prioritizing impact over titles and taking initiative without waiting for direction.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and precision in all deliverables, aligning with ElevenLabs’ commitment to excellence mirroring the quality of its AI models.
• Engage with global enterprise clients across US and European markets, ensuring messaging and timing align with regional business practices and time zones.
• Contribute to the company’s culture of rapid experimentation, lean operations, and minimal bureaucracy by iterating quickly on marketing strategies based on data and feedback.
• Participate in annual company offsites and utilize the annual discretionary stipend for social travel to connect with global colleagues.
• Utilize the monthly co-working stipend if not located near one of ElevenLabs’ main hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, or Warsaw.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience marketing managed services, professional services, or complex B2B products to enterprise buyers in media, entertainment, gaming, publishing, or adjacent industries.
• Proven ability to translate deeply technical workflows (e.g., dubbing pipelines, voice cloning, audio engineering) into clear value propositions for non-technical decision makers.
• Demonstrated success launching products or services and creating enterprise-grade marketing collateral (sales decks, case studies, battle cards, landing pages).
• Hands-on experience owning demand generation: building target account lists, developing outbound sequences, identifying relevant events, and collaborating with performance marketing on paid campaigns.
• Ability to work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution over ego or hierarchy.
• Comfort operating across US and European time zones with a strong understanding of enterprise buyer behavior in both regions.
