- • Close qualified B2B sales opportunities while consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets across Europe.
- • Consult directly with business clients in retail, hospitality, technology, and luxury sectors to understand their brand vision, commercial needs, and signage requirements.
- • Recommend tailored, premium custom signage solutions based on in-depth client consultations, ensuring alignment with their operational and aesthetic goals.
- • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through negotiation, proposal delivery, and deal closure.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with major brands and agencies to drive repeat business and referrals.
- • Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are accurately translated into final products.
- • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM system with detailed records of pipeline activity, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- • Continuously improve sales performance through structured coaching, training sessions, and regular feedback from leadership.
- • Demonstrate strong communication skills to explain complex technical and design aspects of custom signage solutions to non-technical decision-makers.
- • Proactively manage time and priorities to balance multiple client accounts, proposals, and internal coordination tasks.
- • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and virtual presentations across European markets.
- • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer preferences in the signage and branding space.
- • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture by sharing insights, supporting team members, and embracing a growth mindset.
- • Operate in a hybrid or on-site environment with regular client-facing activities and internal collaboration in Germany.
- • Align all sales activities with the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term client partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- • Native-level German (non-negotiable)
- • Good English proficiency for internal communication
- • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- • Excellent organisational discipline in managing CRM and sales pipeline
- • Proactive, results-driven mindset with confidence to guide clients to purchase decisions
