  • • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of custom lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs among UAV manufacturers in Ukraine.
  • • Conduct in-depth technical consultations with UAV manufacturers to understand their power, weight, endurance, and integration requirements for unmanned systems.
  • • Present tailored battery pack solutions that align with clients’ technical specifications and operational environments, ensuring seamless compatibility with UAV, UGV, and USV platforms.
  • • Manage the full B2B sales cycle—from initial prospecting and client outreach to negotiation, closing, and securing repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • • Build and nurture trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at UAV production and integration companies across Ukraine.
  • • Collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into customized battery solutions and ensure accurate product specifications are delivered.
  • • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to expand market presence and generate new leads.
  • • Identify and develop strategic partnerships within Ukraine’s UAV and industrial systems ecosystem to grow the company’s distributor and reseller network.
  • • Address client concerns and post-sale issues promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving technical standards in UAV power systems to position products effectively.
  • • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to engineering and procurement teams at potential client organizations.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams to align sales activities with product development timelines, testing protocols, and delivery schedules.
  • • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts using company CRM systems.
  • • Travel extensively across Ukraine to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site evaluations of integration environments.
  • • Operate with high autonomy, taking full ownership of sales targets, territory development, and revenue generation in the Ukrainian UAV market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience working with UAV manufacturers or companies involved in UAV production, integration, or related technical fields
  • • Strong understanding of B2B sales, client relationship management, and technical coordination
  • • Ability to understand technical products and clearly communicate their value to clients
  • • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian
  • • Willingness to travel across Ukraine for client meetings, exhibitions, and negotiations
  • • Previous experience in B2B sales of UAV components, batteries, electronics, or other technical products
