• • As a Staff Software Engineer in Product Engineering at Ashby, you will own end-to-end product development for key features, combining engineering with product and design responsibilities to solve complex customer problems in Talent Acquisition software.
• • Day to day, you will research customer needs, write product specs, create wireframes, implement features across the full stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres), collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and ship impactful improvements used by tens of thousands of daily users at companies like Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake.
