• • As the Business Operations (BizOps) Lead, you will be instrumental in driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to X-Bow's growth and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with the founders, product, engineering, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to define and shape company strategy, spearhead the launch of new initiatives from their inception (0→1), and take ownership of essential operational workflows as the company scales. This role demands a versatile individual who can wear multiple hats, gaining comprehensive exposure to all facets of X-Bow's operations. It requires a blend of rigorous strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, acting as a key internal resource to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks. You will drive end-to-end strategic projects, which may include developing comprehensive business cases and detailed execution plans for entering new markets, conducting in-depth financial and data analysis to assess product performance, and creating robust frameworks for annual strategic planning. A significant part of your role will involve owning and operating core business processes, such as managing weekly and monthly reporting cycles, meticulously tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), facilitating operating reviews, and contributing essential inputs for forecasting. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves and perform hands-on analytical and operational work, which includes extracting and cleaning data from various sources, building and maintaining operational trackers, developing and updating dashboards for leadership visibility, and preparing critical materials for executive reviews. Furthermore, you will work in close partnership with the Strategic Finance team to support the company-wide operating cadence, contribute to planning processes, and ensure the successful follow-through on key strategic initiatives. You will also provide crucial support for day-to-day go-to-market and operational workflows, encompassing pipeline tracking, capacity planning, identifying and implementing tooling improvements, and refining existing processes to enhance efficiency. A key aspect of this role is proactively identifying operational gaps, inefficiencies, and potential failure points within the business, and then personally driving the implementation of solutions, from accurately defining the problem to executing the fix. Ultimately, you will be a reliable, low-ego team player who fosters trust by actively contributing to the success of others and the company as a whole.
