📋 Description

• As a Mobile QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer at Medsien Inc., you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality mobile application for a leading healthcare SaaS company focused on scalable remote care management, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes for millions living with chronic conditions.
• Day to day, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for iOS and Android applications, build and maintain automated test suites using Appium, collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers, identify and track defects, perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing, contribute to web application testing when needed, and continuously improve testing processes while advocating for quality best practices.
• Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company based in San Francisco with rapid growth, trusted by hundreds of organizations to provide exceptional remote care management programs, and founded to reimagine how patients receive ongoing medical support outside traditional clinical settings.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in mobile test automation, gain hands-on experience with CI/CD integration and AI-assisted testing tools, strengthen your collaboration skills in agile environments, and grow into a quality advocate who shapes testing strategy for impactful healthcare technology.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android)
• Experience with mobile test automation frameworks (Appium or similar)
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
• Familiarity with Gen-AI and AI-assisted testing tools
• Perfect English skills (written and oral)
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ISTQB or similar certification
• Residency in Istanbul city center due to in-person collaboration requirements
